Customization & Packaging: Share your drawing or sample, dimensions, material grade and finish requirements. Custom shapes, punching, labels and packaging are subject to feasibility, minimum quantities and any tooling charges, confirmed before production. Packing method and quantity per pack are agreed for each order.
Lead Time & Payment: Production lead time is confirmed after reviewing specifications, quantity and finish. The production schedule depends on receipt of the agreed deposit and final approval of order details. Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.
Shipping: Tell us your destination and whether you will use your own freight forwarder. Shipping arrangements, trade terms and related charges are confirmed in the quotation.
